About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, MarTech to help embed the overall MarTech vision and marketer capabilities into our markets around the Globe by enhancing how we transform and drive change and adoption across people, process and technology to maximize the return on our investments. The Manager will be responsible for influencing and supporting the MarTech team, along with other Global Marketing teams to ensure a common understanding and adoption across our marketers and agency partners. This role will report directly to the Director, MarTech

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Marketing, CRM, Marketing Technology and/or Data-Driven Marketing experience
  • Expertise in the digital marketing and/or marketing operations
  • Experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (customer data platforms, customer engagement platforms, offer creation, content management systems, workflow management)
  • Experience in capability deployment, marketer training, and change management
  • Strong story telling capabilities to align across strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex technical capabilities into marketer friendly language
  • Leveraging data and technology in delivering personalized experiences
  • Understanding of owned and paid media orchestration and the role of first party data
  • Understand end-to-end data and platform capabilities
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across teams and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong focus on and empathy for our markets and marketer needs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct change management assessment and identify impact to marketers, agencies, and other stakeholders for new MarTech and data tools and capabilities
  • Lead change management plan for the Global MarTech team in partnership with Global Change Management, archOS, Learning + Development and Digital Product teams
  • Consult on feature setup and configuration for testing of marketer solutions and sign off on feature readiness
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts; keep vendors informed of team activities and priorities and ensure contracts meet marketer needs
  • Assess market usage of existing MarTech/data features and identify gaps and opportunities for training team
  • Ensure BAU success of new features by leading handoff to marketers, agencies, and other stakeholders
