Requirements

• Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
• Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
• Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules;
• Agile development process and leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master;
• Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of internet product performance using SQL, Python or R;
• Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for engineers;
• Designing, developing, testing, deploying, operating, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems to improve performance of products and the whole lifecycle of software services; and
• Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of efficient, highly scalable and secure technology systems, features, and services to build and integrate complex e-commerce solutions that meet users' needs and align with strategic business objectives.
• Own the design of products' critical components to improve performance across the entire software development lifecycle, from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
• Define the short- and long-term technical roadmap for engineering team.
• Manage project operations and execution, including defining priorities, adhering to deadlines and milestones, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to design and architect complex technology solutions, develop analytical tools to evaluate product performance and optimize operational efficiency.
• Build and expand engineering team resources.
• Manage and mentor junior and mid-level team members, providing technical guidance and expertise and sharing engineering best practices.
