We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the mobile engineering team building Crossplay experiences across iOS and Android. In this role, you'll help set the technical direction for our mobile apps, grow a high-performing team, and partner closely with product, design, editorial, data, and platform teams to deliver intuitive, reliable experiences for our audience. You'll balance people leadership with strong technical judgment, and create clarity in a complex, cross-functional environment. You will establish healthy engineering practices, and help build capabilities that allow our teams to move quickly while maintaining quality, accessibility, performance, privacy, and reliability.
