About The Position

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for engineering, maintenance and facilities operations while driving capital projects, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs and plant improvement initiatives. The Engineering & Maintenance Manager will lead engineering and maintenance teams, manage CAPEX projects, oversee equipment reliability programs and partner across Production, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments. The position also has responsibility for equipment startups, commissioning, IQ/OQ qualifications, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement while supporting safety, quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
  • 7 years of experience based on the platform requirement REQUIRED
  • Ability to lead engineering, maintenance and facilities teams REQUIRED
  • Experience managing capital projects from planning through implementation REQUIRED
  • Experience managing project schedules and budgets REQUIRED
  • Experience overseeing preventive maintenance programs, CMMS, work order systems, spare parts inventory and equipment reliability initiatives REQUIRED
  • Experience developing engineering solutions supporting production, quality, safety and operational efficiency REQUIRED
  • Experience managing department budgets, contractors and third-party vendors REQUIRED
  • Experience with equipment startups, commissioning and IQ/OQ qualifications REQUIRED
  • Experience with equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis REQUIRED
  • Experience leading continuous improvement efforts REQUIRED
  • Experience hiring, coaching, developing and evaluating engineering and maintenance team members REQUIRED
  • Experience supporting GMP, food safety, ISO and regulatory compliance REQUIRED
