About The Position

Responsible for the Professional Engineering registration and licensing requirements for all licensed Professional & Structural engineers. Also provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The ideal person for this position will be a problem solver with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. They must be able to multitask, manage a busy schedule and provide administrative support both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • High School/GED required
  • 2+ Years executive administrative or related experience required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must have good organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Related Field Preferred
  • Notary Public preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintains Professional Engineering Licenses
  • Ensure Professional Engineering license renewals are processed accurately and on time
  • Complete tax payment renewals when applicable
  • Order and maintain physical stamps and electronic seals for professional engineers
  • Upload and maintain electronic seals on MiTek internal systems.
  • Maintains Certificates of Authorization for MiTek.
  • Ensure COA license renewals are processed accurately and on time.
  • Manages Continuing Education offerings
  • Maintains yearly subscription with continuing education provider
  • Records continuing education credits for professional engineers
  • Responds to Engineering Board random continuing education audits.
  • Manages all files related to License renewal and continuing education (both physical copies and electronic files)
  • Maintains registrations/subscriptions with professional organizations
  • Supports the duties of the CX Administrative Assistant as required
  • Generates and maintains monthly engineering data reports
  • Collaborates with others to solve problems
  • Responds to issues in a timely, professional, and effective manner
