Site Leadership: Act as the primary leader for the CoE team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers, encouraging a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional growth. Work closely with global peers to capture inputs to define team goals, objectives, and critical metrics, and provide regular performance feedback and mentoring to team members. Project Management: Lead and prioritize different projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient prioritization, effective risk management, and timely project completion. Coordinate activities with global system architects and program leaders to ensure alignment of priorities and schedules, facilitating effective collaboration and communication between global teams. Engage with colleagues, clients, and partners to collect requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Collaborate with global leadership to align strategies, goals, and processes across different locations. Foster close partnerships with India leaders including HR and finance in country facilitating seamless exchange of information and resources between departments, and enabling effective decision-making and prioritization

Requirements

Academic background in Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field. Master's degree in related field preferred.
Previous experience (10+ years) in electrical infrastructure space and applications, including hands-on development and project management
Proficiency in new product development methodologies, engineering best practices, and related tools.
Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams and collaborators.
Proven experience in running multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and driving for results.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in related field preferred.
