As a Software Engineering Leader at Fanatics, you will be a technical leader with the ability to grow and scale engineering teams that can deliver business results and ship high-quality software with customer-facing products and internal platforms. Your teams will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining the software to provide our customers with an industry leading experience. This role involves both technical leadership and people management, ensuring that our engineering team is effective, motivated, and aligned with the company’s goals. We are building the core technologies that power the Fanatics Ecosystem, enabling fans to connect, engage, and transact across a unified set of platforms and experiences. We focus on creating seamless, secure, and intuitive experiences across mobile and backend surfaces, and we invest heavily in the platforms that allow us to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for excellence. You’ll lead a new engineering vertical within the Fan Ecosystem, responsible for building and scaling services and user experiences that sit at the intersection of identity, loyalty and digital transactions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong fintech, lending, or financial systems background who is excited about applying that expertise in a consumer-facing environment. You’ll shape the technical direction, grow and mentor a full-stack engineering team, and partner closely with product and design to bring new capabilities to life.
