About The Position

The Summer 2026 Engineering Internship is designed for undergraduates or soon-to-be graduate students eager to gain hands-on experience in the defense and technology sector. Interns will collaborate with experienced engineers and program teams to contribute to real-world projects, learning how technical design, systems integrations, and secure operations come together to meet customer missions. This is a remote, part-time internship (approximately 8-10 weeks), offering exposure to engineering within a high-impact federal contracting environment.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (rising junior, senior, or recent graduate).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Curiosity about secure systems, government technology, or defense missions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across virtual teams.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in technical research, documentation, and solution design across various engineering disciplines (network, systems, or cybersecurity).
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and data analysis activities under guidance of senior engineers.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement or automation initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to understand program lifecycles and government standards.
  • Gain insight into project management, compliance, and mission delivery within the federal space.
