About The Position

This internship offers a hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment. The intern will be involved in running test stands, supporting the development of new testing capabilities, analyzing test results, and collaborating with engineers and technicians to solve technical challenges. The role requires managing multiple assignments, meeting timelines, and contributing ideas for process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn in a hands-on engineering environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in testing, data analysis, or product development.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting (Excel, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with lab or test equipment a plus.
• Exposure to machine shop tools or mechanical assembly a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run tribology and e-mobility test stands, collecting and monitoring performance data.
• Support the development and build-out of new testing capabilities and lab setups.
• Analyze test results and summarize findings in clear, structured reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with maintaining test systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve technical challenges.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting timelines and project expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, lab efficiency, and overall performance.
