About The Position

The Engineering Internship (Summer 2027) is a 10-12 week paid assignment designed to provide a student with real-world experience to support professional development. The intern will have the opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions, corporate meetings, networking events, and/or community activities. The internship will involve value-added projects with opportunities to interact with various departments to acquire relevant skills. Projects will involve applying knowledge to make improvements in an industrial environment. There is a potential for the internship to lead to full-time employment after graduation.

Requirements

Must be registered as a current full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Packaging Science, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering).
Applicant must be authorized to work in the US for the entire duration of the internship.
Must demonstrate a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with above-average skills, especially in Excel.
SAP program experience.
AutoCAD experience.

Nice To Haves

Prefer at least 3rd year of study has been completed.
Conceptual and practical experience with Lean principles a plus.
