About The Position

As an Engineering Intern in a manufacturing environment, you will work closely with experienced professionals, the Engineering Team, and Quality Technicians on projects and daily activities. The role provides hands-on experience and a broad understanding of how the company drives efficiency and excellence in manufacturing operations. The internship is on-site five days per week and is scheduled for Summer 2025, from May through August.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior at an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Create AI agents or other automation for SPC controls.
• Work in the MES system to drive quality control integration.
• Support data collection for RIEs.
• Work on 9 step problem-solving teams.
• Provide weekly report-outs to leadership team members.
