About The Position
Metallus Internship Program At Metallus, our internship program is designed to make you part of our team. You will have opportunities to grow your skills, develop as a leader, and network with our managers and leaders. Our program allows you to gain real work experience in a team environment. Metallus also supports your career readiness development through workshops with topics like resume building and interview prep.
Requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
- Experience with AutoCAD/Inventor
Responsibilities
- Assigned several projects to lead or assist other toward completion: Design drawing revisions, Conceptual design/scoping of work, Small design projects, Creating bid documents, Preparing bid reviews/comparisons, Field work including equipment inspections, data gathering, and oversight for equipment installation
