About The Position

Universal Destinations & Experiences Internship Program: Applications Close: March 13 th , 2026, at 11:55PM ET. Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! Fall 2026 Program Dates: Approximately September 2026 – December 2026 JOB SUMMARY: Work with Engineers to assist with basic re-design and development efforts of Mechanical, Electrical, Show, and/or Ride controls and software systems. Interns will learn Safety systems for Ride Controls, how to interface with vendors, and basic Project Management skills along with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.

Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required
  • A transcript is required upon application
  • Basic AC/DC electrical knowledge
  • AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks
  • Physics
  • Calculus
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2026.
  • This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
  • Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
