The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!

Requirements

  • Student pursuing 2-4 year degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Self-motivated and able to take direction and work independently on assigned tasks
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet deliverable deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering personnel
  • Experience with MS office
  • This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information
  • This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.”

Responsibilities

  • Assist department leaders, supervisors, and engineers on current initiatives
  • Assist in capital equipment investment process to include factory acceptance testing
  • Perform assigned projects with final engineering summary report/presentation
