About The Position

We are excited to announce the opening of a full-time internship in our IT Department, starting in Fall 2026. This internship will run for a duration of four (4) months and will be conducted under the guidance of the Senior Global IT Director. We are looking for an AI Engineering Intern to help design, build, and deploy AI-powered enterprise tools that improve productivity, decision-making, and work quality across multiple business functions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations. This role is highly hands-on and impact-driven. The intern will work closely with business stakeholders and IT to translate real operational needs into practical AI solutions, leveraging modern AI technologies (LLMs, automation, analytics, copilots, agents, etc.) within an enterprise environment.

Requirements

Enrolled in an internship program and working towards obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
Good programming skills in Python (required)
Basic understanding of Machine Learning & AI concepts
Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
Basic understanding of APIs and REST services
Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
Knowledge of English appropriate to the duties is required, as the incumbent is expected to work in cross-functional teams located in different countries such as Europe, Aisa, North America, and Australia

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to support business functions (e.g., sales enablement, marketing content generation, HR self-service, reporting automation)
Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and evolve them into production-ready solutions
Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise tools (e.g., CRM, collaboration platforms, document management systems)
Work with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, HR, and other teams to understand challenges and inefficiencies, translate business needs into technical requirements, and propose AI use cases that improve efficiency, quality, accuracy, and user experience
Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Connect AI solutions to structured and unstructured data sources (documents, databases, APIs)
Implement basic data preprocessing, data quality checks, and evaluation mechanisms
Follow enterprise best practices for data privacy and security, responsible AI usage, model evaluation and risk mitigation
Document AI solutions clearly for maintainability and compliance
Create clear technical and user documentation
Share learnings, best practices, and reusable patterns with the IT and business teams
