The GTI Engineering Director is responsible for leading a team focused on operating mechanisms, process development, and continuous improvement for the Global Technology and Innovation organization (GTI). This leader will develop an initiative-taking and responsive team to roadmap and execute process maintenance and operational excellence initiatives, team effectiveness and process coaching, and training and onboarding strategies. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. Reporting to the VP Enterprise Engineering & Technology, the GTI Engineering Director is responsible for the GTI platform selection process, including business procedures as well as incorporation of Design | Reliability | Manufacturability (DRM) strategy. Their team will manage multiple technology platforms enabling insightful data, analytics, information sharing, and best practices. The leader will direct and report on additional design improvement initiatives aligned with GTI leadership.
