Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 7 years of electrical engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong expertise in: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Control Systems, Electrical Design, Power Distribution, Engineering Operations
Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage technical projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a small or growing manufacturing company.
Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and engineering process improvements.
Strong preference for candidates located in the Greater Hartford or Rocky Hill, Connecticut area.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Oversee electrical engineering, electrical design, power distribution, and industrial automation projects.
Drive the development and implementation of control systems and manufacturing solutions.
Support engineering operations while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
