About The Position

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, a leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances, is seeking Engineering Co-ops for Spring and Fall 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a family-owned company known for its high-quality products. Co-ops will work within specific business units, including Operations & Production Engineering, Design Engineering, and Reliability Engineering, contributing to real-world projects and product development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Available for Spring 2027 (January 2027 - August 2027) or Fall 2027 (May 2027 - January 2028) co-op terms.
• Strong interest in production engineering, design engineering, or reliability engineering.
• Ability to work with hourly employees, engineers, and technicians.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with design, prototyping, and testing.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and data analysis.
• Experience in root-cause analysis and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a specific production team, collaborating with hourly employees, reliability engineers, test engineers, quality engineers, and manufacturing engineers.
• Support Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality initiatives within a production team.
• Design, develop, test, and document new product designs and enhancements.
• Create concepts, prototype, build, test, and redesign products.
• Support the development and testing of products by creating test plans, building fixtures, and documenting procedures.
• Assist with product teardowns, root-cause analyses, and design reviews.
• Analyze sensor and warranty data to identify trends.
• Prepare reports using statistical tools to define performance targets and assess risk.
• Take the lead on projects and gain hands-on experience in product development, data analysis, and engineering problem-solving.
