Engineering Co-Op, Spring 2027
About The Position
This co-op position involves managing component and system design projects for one of E/One’s business units. Projects are designed and documented in CAD, verified with hands-on prototyping and testing, and implemented in a high-pace production environment throughout the co-op’s term. The role also includes supporting ongoing engineering efforts with documentation updates and finalization within E/One’s ISO Processes, which involves managing E/One’s engineering document change system. The co-op will work in a fast-paced team environment to identify, execute, and lead various projects simultaneously. Additionally, the role will facilitate efficient business processes by supporting multiple departments through ERP System Management and participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while preserving E/One’s commitment to product quality. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Previous CAD experience required.

- Experience with detailed drawings and engineering specifications preferred.
