You’ll have: Exposure to different stages and aspects of the project life cycle, with opportunities to see how major infrastructure projects come together. Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and leaders across the business, gaining insight into different disciplines, career paths and areas of expertise. Real-world exposure to major infrastructure projects, helping you better understand the complexity, collaboration and decision-making involved in bringing them from concept to delivery. Access to learning, development and other emerging talent opportunities, which may include training, professional development initiatives and other programs available through ACCIONA. Opportunities to connect and build your network beyond your day-to-day role, including with colleagues, leaders and other emerging talent across different teams, projects and areas of the business. Responsibilities

  • One of the things that makes an ACCIONA co-op placement unique is the opportunity to gain real-world experience on major infrastructure projects and see how different teams and disciplines come together to deliver them.
  • Depending on your role and project, you could find yourself working in construction and project delivery, technical or engineering areas, systems, corporate or functional roles, and many other areas that support the delivery of major infrastructure.
  • Your experience will be shaped by your role, your team and the project you join. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, build practical skills, make connections and gain a better understanding of the different career paths available within the infrastructure industry.
