Wells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Associate within the Chief Operating Office (COO) to support the Fraud AI Platform Data Engineering Team. COO Technology delivers technology solutions and manages application portfolios that support enterprise operations, resiliency, data services, and customer experience, driving modernization and optimization across the organization. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of data pipelines used for both data storage and feature engineering. You will work alongside Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Platform Engineers to build, test, and help deploy data pipelines into production environments. You will also contribute to data validation and verification processes while supporting ETL activities that ensure data is accurate, reliable, and ready for analytics and modeling. This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in data engineering, analytics, and large-scale data platforms. You will gain hands-on experience working with enterprise data systems, supporting data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions that power advanced analytics and decision-making. This position is part of the Career Opportunities in Development and Engineering (CODE) Program. The CODE program is a two-year engineering development experience designed for individuals who are early in their technical careers. The program is intended for candidates with approximately 6 months to 2 years of hands-on engineering experience. As a full-time employee in the CODE Program, you'll begin with immersive onboarding and continue with hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development. You'll be part of a collaborative cohort supported by a dedicated program management team, gaining exposure to real-world projects with structured professional development, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of technologies across the enterprise. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are eligible for promotion and continued employment, subject to business needs and performance expectations.
