Requirements

  • Associate degree in technical discipline.
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for use on company business.
  • Knowledge of aerial and underground electric distribution work practices, standards, and procedures.
  • PC skills with work processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Passport, CIMS and OMS.
  • Knowledge of PECO energy tariff and service requirements.
  • Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and fulfill on-call responsibilities, including field response.

Responsibilities

  • Address all customer complaints which are referred to the region, including complaints received through presidential complaints, PUC complaints, and regulatory performance complaints.
  • Contact customers to determine the nature of their complaints.
  • Write letters on behalf of management to address customer issues.
  • Interact with key accounts to address customer reliability issues.
  • Recommend field solutions to reliability problems.
  • Assist the reliability engineer in performing circuit, load, and reliability analysis.
  • Assist in the analysis of interruption reports.
  • Develop and maintain records to define reliability trends.
