About The Position
L3Harris is expanding in Camden, AR and is seeking talented and experienced candidates for numerous full-time positions in its Missile Solutions segment. This career fair is an opportunity to engage directly with hiring managers and interview on-the-spot for roles in leadership, facilities and logistics, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing technicians and assemblers, quality engineering, inspection, project engineering, and environmental health and safety engineering. L3Harris is a leader in aerospace and defense, specializing in propulsion and energetics for space, missile defense, and other advanced programs.
Requirements
- For Technician and Assembly roles: High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience OR 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- For Engineering and Leadership roles: A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience OR A Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- In lieu of a degree for Engineering and Leadership roles: A minimum of 6 years of related experience.
