About The Position
L3Harris is expanding in Camden, AR and is seeking talented and experienced candidates for numerous full-time positions in its thriving Missile Solutions segment. This career fair is an opportunity to engage directly with hiring managers and interview on-the-spot for roles in aerospace and defense, particularly in propulsion and energetics for space, missile defense, and other advanced programs. Various positions across multiple shifts are available, including leadership roles, facilities and logistics, manufacturing, quality, project engineering, and environmental health and safety.
Requirements
- For Technician and Assembly roles: High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience OR 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- For Engineering and Leadership roles: A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience OR A Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- In lieu of a degree for Engineering and Leadership roles: A minimum of 6 years of related experience.
