About The Position

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) contract in support of the Redstone Test Center mission to provide superior technical expertise conducting tests, analyzing the results, and reporting the results on systems, subsystems, and components related to aviation platforms.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.
  • Basic competency with MS 365 is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and nine (9) years of experience analyzing results of tests, assisting in ensuring data integrity and quality, providing statistical analysis and presenting findings to team members and management; OR an Associate's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and eleven (11) years of applicable experience; OR thirteen (13) years of applicable experience; OR thirteen (13) years of applicable military experience performing engineering, analysis, and related functions in research, development, test and evaluation in support of military equipment and systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electromagnetic testing and documentation to MIL standard 461 and MIL standard 464.
  • BS/BA in a discipline capable of supporting management of aviation ground and missle systems.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Project highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support the RTC ECE Division in the analysis and presentation of data collected during ECE testing on aviation and ground platforms, support equipment, and weapon systems.
  • Perform ECE data analysis, data manipulation, charting, and formatting of technical documentation.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis of plots, graphs, technical specifications, and test specific data at ECE.
  • Work closely with test engineers and test technicians to ensure all aspects of ECE testing is captured and analyzed for completeness.
  • Receive and interpret technical direction from test engineers or subject matter experts, notes or manuals, and other data relative to ECE test procedures.
  • Ensure technical test requirements are accurate, complete, and meet government MIL-STD specifications and adhere to standards for quality of technical content.
  • Assist engineers with capturing detailed procedures for ECE operations.
  • Work with teams on test specifications requiring the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Apply knowledge of test procedures, military standards (MIL-STDs), military specifications (MIL-SPECs), military performance specifications (MIL-PRFs), etc.
