About The Position

The Engineering Aide will serve as the central liaison for the Test Missile Kit (TMK) program management team. This role coordinates technical interchange meetings, runs document review boards, assembles and maintains presentation packages for technical and programmatic reviews, leads action-tracking, tracks OBS staffing and partners with the Product Line Leads (PLLs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to continuously improve process and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent experience and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered.
  • Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

  • Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings; manage agendas, logistics, security clearance handling, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Create slide decks, graphics and supporting data for design and document reviews (working with engineering team); enforce templates and story-boarding standards for consistency.
  • Lead ad-hoc meetings, moderate discussions, capture action items, assign owners and monitor closure.
  • Identify gaps, draft/revise procedures, checklists, and work instructions; provide brief training or reference guides.
  • Liaise with program management, hardware, software, integration, and test teams.
  • Keep meeting minutes, action logs, and review artifacts current.
  • Prepare concise status briefs, risk assessments and dashboards for Program Management Leadership.
  • Work with Product Line Leads (PLLs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure staffing information is accurate and plan is executed on time.
