About The Position

This is a Part Time Engineer position at Residence Inn by Marriott Houston I10 West Park Row in Houston, TX. The role involves effectively and professionally communicating with co-workers and supervisors, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring all fire and safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected. The Engineer will administer the preventative maintenance program, completing work orders on time, and undergo training on safety, security, department procedures, and service guidelines. A professional image must be maintained at all times through appearance and dress. The role also includes meeting with vendors and suppliers to discuss repair activities and obtaining pricing and bids as directed.
