About The Position

The Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC), managed and operated by Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, is a premier advanced manufacturing facility that supports the safety, security, reliability and effectiveness of our nation's nuclear deterrent. With nearly 7,000 employees combined in Kansas City, Missouri, and Albuquerque, New Mexico, KCNSC protects our nation and allies by producing trusted national security products and services for the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration. We create innovative solutions to complex national security challenges, and lead with accountability, collaboration and an unwavering dedication to our mission and core values. Whether you are a recent graduate eager to launch your career or an experienced Engineering professional seeking a new opportunity, we invite you to join the Kansas City National Security Campus’ (KCNSC) talent pipeline. Candidates with backgrounds in technical, scientific, quality, supply chain, or engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply and will be considered for upcoming opportunities. Our Engineers provide support within an operational environment, driving product enhancement, process optimization, and operational efficiency across the entire product lifecycle, which may include quality engineering, purchased product engineering, advanced manufacturing, and component and systems engineering. Depending on the level and experience, the Engineers may perform routine engineering functions on assigned projects or sub-projects of a general nature and limited scope applying standard mathematical, physical science, and/or engineering technologies. Higher level roles may have responsibility for performing and coordinating design, development, evaluation, analysis, and/or quality control functions on advanced and complex engineering projects often independently determining and developing solutions to technical problems while applying advanced mathematical, physical science, and engineering technologies.
