About The Position

Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and safety across operations. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for equipment, systems, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, quality, and maintenance—to deliver continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to apply new technologies and methods. Participate in capital projects from concept through implementation.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Proficiency with engineering software, tools, and systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
