Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
  • 3 to 5 years of automotive or industrial engineering experience with a strong background in verification and validation.
  • Root cause analysis & problem resolution skills.
  • Exceptional communicator with demonstrated ability to present complex technical findings to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Proven leader with strong ownership mentality; capable of independently driving programs from concept through sign-off with minimal supervision.
  • Experienced in developing and managing complex multi-program project schedules, resource planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Expertise in engineering and applied physics with the ability to independently develop novel test methodologies.
  • Proficient coding skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar); experience with data automation, test system integration, and analysis scripting required.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct detailed test planning including methodology development and documentation / specification writing.
  • Own and drive the completion of durability development and prove out / validation tests throughout program stages.
  • Ensure tests are complete to the required specification in terms of instrumentation requirements, tests cycles, stabilization criteria etc. to ensure data quality is adequate to support correct technical conclusions.
  • Report preparation and presentation to support knowledge distribution.
  • Work with testing partners or technical partners to coordinate facilities, resources, and equipment to support efficient execution of the testing plan.
  • Use engineering experience in this Senior role to help guide and mentor associate and Eng. I levels
