About The Position

This role involves gathering, maintaining, formatting, compiling, and manipulating technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. The position produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). It also performs detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas, preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in areas such as trajectory adequacy and model dimensional consistency, and quantitative judgments concerning technical data. The role utilizes a personal computer for data analysis and documentation/report development. Additionally, the position may conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and 2 years of relevant professional/exempt experience
Master of Science Degree in Engineering and 0 years of relevant professional/exempt experience
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program

Nice To Haves

Experience in the US Naval Nuclear Power Program is desired, but is not a pre-requisite to be hired.
