About The Position

This position is for individuals graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related technical degrees who are interested in network and communications engineering. The role involves developing solutions for networking challenges, problem-solving, designing, and prototyping to provide access to real-time information for government sponsors. The team advances the state of the art in networking through systems engineering research, design, analysis, experimentation, and rapid prototyping of wired, wireless, virtual, and space-based communication networks and technology. The work ensures that military personnel, first responders, and government agencies can communicate effectively, even in contested, degraded, or denied environments. Career growth opportunities include deepening technical domain expertise, gaining knowledge in adjacent areas, and contributing to real-world challenges. New engineers are paired with experienced mentors and have opportunities for technical training, conference participation, and hands-on experimentation. The team fosters an environment of collaboration, innovation, and application.
