About The Position

Under direct supervision of the Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager, plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises minor projects and general corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and building systems throughout the PIH Health Hospital campus as directed. Operates and maintains stationary boilers, chillers, and electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the campus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise minor projects and general corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and building systems throughout the hospital campus, as directed.
• Operate and maintain stationary boilers, chillers, and electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the hospital campus.
• Identify potential problems during shift rounds, develop corrective actions, and provide adequate follow-through.
