About The Position

Join our Tampa site as a Packaging Engineer, where you will play a critical role in supporting GMP packaging processes and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to compliant manufacturing while working on impactful, cross-functional projects. This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment (GMP experience required)
Strong knowledge of packaging processes, validation, and qualification within cGMP standards
Experience writing and reviewing technical documentation such as SOPs, protocols, and batch records
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and safety

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to GMP packaging processes and ensure compliance across all projects
Write and review protocols, including executed protocols and master batch records
Develop, review, and approve SOPs, specifications, and GMP documentation
Recommend, specify, and implement GMP packaging equipment, including qualification activities
Lead and support process validation activities for commercial packaging processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to deliver projects
Support continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence initiatives
