About The Position

ME Engineers is seeking a talented and motivated Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals at various stages of their careers who are passionate about developing innovative engineering solutions and advancing their technical and project leadership skills within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology) consulting industry. As part of our team, you'll work on projects across commercial, healthcare, education, sports, government, hospitality, and institutional markets. Depending on your experience level, you will contribute to engineering design, project coordination, construction administration, and project leadership while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects from concept through construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0+ years of engineering experience.
  • EIT or PE licensure preferred, depending on experience level.
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects, teams, and stakeholders is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in project coordination, client interaction, and leadership responsibilities is preferred for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Design and coordinate building systems and engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and review construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
  • Perform engineering calculations, technical analyses, and system evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and project deliverable management.
  • Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction administration activities.
  • Support project managers and senior engineers in project execution and coordination efforts.
  • Contribute to client relationship development and project success.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, as experience allows.
  • Apply industry standards, codes, and best practices throughout project work.
