About The Position

Installs, alters, maintains, and repairs all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing as well as the upkeep of the building and grounds including multiple off campus clinical sites. Ability to make decisions in emergency situations and alternative solutions in day-to-day responsibilities in a team manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent knowledge in necessary fields.
• Two (2) years of experience in a maintenance-related field or experience in needed fields.
• Ability to think and work effectively with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to move, sit, stand, walk and bend intermittently throughout the work day.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately.
• Use of mechanical and technical equipment required for the responsibilities assigned.
• Ability to perform essential job functions either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation.
