Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
