About The Position

The Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end to end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise-wide technology platforms. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field of study.
Seven (7) years of Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.
Seven (7) years of required IT, or related experience must include: Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander); CSR/CPM framework; Constellation; .NET; Unix Shell Script; Java; Mainframe; JavaScript; REST Services; SOAP Services; Postman; Technology and Data Migration projects.

Responsibilities

Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
Lead requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
Lead efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products.
May implement improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems.
May implement process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects, services, and processes in order to operate more efficiently.
Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
Develop and own list of final enhancements.
Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervise the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from which programs will be written.
Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
Ensure unit test is completed and meet the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan.
Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning effort.
Coordinate and manage on-call support and own the system monitoring process.
Own the technical development environment and work on the Enterprise team.
Lead multiple or large projects and facilitate large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines.
Lead vendor evaluation and analysis.
