About The Position

The Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end to end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise-wide technology platforms. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field of study.
  • Seven (7) years of Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.
  • Seven (7) years of required IT, or related experience must include: Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander); CSR/CPM framework; Constellation; .NET; Unix Shell Script; Java; Mainframe; JavaScript; REST Services; SOAP Services; Postman; Technology and Data Migration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
  • Lead requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
  • Lead efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products.
  • May implement improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems.
  • May implement process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects, services, and processes in order to operate more efficiently.
  • Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
  • Develop and own list of final enhancements.
  • Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervise the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from which programs will be written.
  • Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
  • Ensure unit test is completed and meet the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan.
  • Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning effort.
  • Coordinate and manage on-call support and own the system monitoring process.
  • Own the technical development environment and work on the Enterprise team.
  • Lead multiple or large projects and facilitate large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines.
  • Lead vendor evaluation and analysis.
