Requirements

  • Students pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and standard Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and organizing engineering documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical files
  • Update and manage spreadsheets related to engineering data, project tracking, and reporting
  • Enter and maintain data within internal systems or engineering databases
  • Support engineers with document formatting, revisions, and version control
  • Prepare basic reports, trackers, and summaries for engineering teams
  • Assist with bill of materials (BOM) updates and documentation cleanup
  • Help maintain accurate records of engineering changes and revisions
  • Participate in team meetings and capture notes/action items when needed
  • Support general engineering administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency
