About The Position

Fulfills customer requirements via design/build/test/troubleshoot/document activities for enterprise-class datacenter computing hardware, software, networking tools and platforms. Evaluates, analyzes, configures, and implements new products and tools while ensuring appropriate operational monitoring is enabled. Provides support for logical networking and communications protocols, Microsoft products, Intel and midrange platforms, relational databases, and programming/scripting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Experience working with hypervisors and scripting required.
• Requires experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare, health insurance and health providers experience and understanding of processes is preferred.
• Cloud experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, implementation, and operational support of enterprise network segmentation solutions utilizing Cisco Secure Workload and Broadcom VMware NSX.
• Develop and maintain micro-segmentation policies.
• Perform application dependency mapping.
• Analyze workload communications.
• Implement least-privileged security controls.
• Support Zero Trust initiatives across cloud and data center environments.
• Partner closely with Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Application Teams, and Infrastructure Operations to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient services.
• Support broader Cloud and Datacenter Operations responsibilities including virtualization, cloud platforms, server infrastructure, storage, automation, disaster recovery, and operational excellence initiatives.
