About The Position

In this role, you will support civil and geotechnical engineering projects from investigation through design and construction support. You’ll work as part of multidisciplinary project teams, contribute to technical deliverables, assist with field reviews, and help prepare reports, design packages, estimates, and proposals. This position is well suited for someone who is technically curious, eager to learn, and interested in building a strong foundation across both design and field-based project work.

Requirements

Civil or Geotechnical Engineer with 2+ years of relevant experience
Registered as an Engineer-in-Training with EGBC and/or APEGA
Strong technical writing and project coordination skills
Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to support a variety of project needs
Strong willingness to learn and continue developing technical competencies
Valid driver’s licence

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with MMCD or CCAC is considered an asset
Experience with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HY-8, PCSWMM, DeepEX 3D, ReSSA, or GeoStudio is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Supporting municipal infrastructure, utility, transportation, and development projects
Assisting with civil and/or geotechnical engineering designs, reports, construction packages, and estimates
Coordinating site investigations under the direction of Engineers of Record
Completing field reviews, inspections, and site assessments
Supporting construction management and field inspection assignments as required
Participating in multidisciplinary project teams
Interfacing with clients to understand project requirements
Supporting proposal development and project pursuits
Building technical skills across a variety of project types, not limited to design-only work
