Requirements

Master’s/bachelor's degree in engineering
2.5 - 5 years of experience
Interest to deepen knowledge and skills in cybersecurity standards such as TISAX, IEC 62443-4-1 and EU Regulation Cyber Resilience ACT (CRA).
Good oral and written English skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as TISAX & IEC 62443-4-1 and EU Regulation such as Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) preferred

Responsibilities

Define and maintain processes, templates, checklists, guidelines, and procedures in accordance with cybersecurity standards such as TISAX, IEC 62443-4-1 (Industrial Cybersecurity), and EU Regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
Interact with the Information Security (IS) team to understand ISO 27001 compliant policies and procedures.
Ensure policies are communicated, implemented, and enforced.
Maintain evidence and documentation required for TISAX assessments.
Coordinate TISAX assessments with ENX-accredited audit providers.
Site coordination to prepare for TISAX certification audit.
Perform internal audits and management reviews.
Ensure readiness for reassessments and customer security reviews.
