  • Statistical Analysis — intermediate level; using statistical methods to validate process improvements
  • Problem Solving — intermediate level; resolving difficult technical challenges with structured approaches
  • Collaboration — intermediate level; partnering across functions to implement sustainable solutions
  • Project Management — developing level; coordinating improvement initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to apply specialized knowledge independently
  • Effective coaching and influencing skills that inspire teams to embrace change

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily improvement projects that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
  • Build team capability by coaching others on continuous improvement tools and best practices
  • Manage safety-related issues through mandatory protocols while leading non-safety improvement efforts
