About The Position

Provides analysis, oversight and implementation of all business process metrics and data record keeping which is critical to the proper and efficient support of Turbine and generator units serviced by MHPSA. Provide support for MHPSA OEM Service Operations analysis. Functions include developing and maintaining a system and process to capture, store, and report key operational data for MHPSA OEM Service Operations. Implement process improvements through Six Sigma, statistics and continuous improvement methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or related field, and at least Three (3) year related experience and training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, financial statements, technical procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Medium to advanced personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database, data manipulation, analysis software.

Nice To Haves

• Master Degree in related area or Six Sigma / Lena Six sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is preferable and can be considered as substitution for experience.
• Knowledge on SAP, CRM, Wind Chill, MS SharePoint or any other similar platforms are desirable.

• Support operational reviews.
• Perform other duties as required.
