We are seeking an Engineer I to join our Development team. This role will support process and project design engineering, with an emphasis on process development, engineering documentation, and process flow development. The position includes hands-on work in the lab and pilot plant and will partner closely with scientists, engineers, and operations teams across RD&E, Development, and manufacturing support functions. This role is based onsite in New Britain, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a degree in chemical engineering and early exposure to process engineering, pilot plant operations, scale-up, or technical development in chemicals, energy, manufacturing, or related industrial environments. Candidates should be excited to work in a hands-on startup environment and contribute across lab, pilot, and engineering activities.
