  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Zephyr, or other ticketing platforms.
  • Experience deriving test estimates and performing test planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team.
  • Experience in integration testing with third-party and in-house applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

  • Create, maintain, and upgrade test plans and scripts; analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of retail POS and other IT systems for global locations.
  • Update and maintain automation for new features on POS and other retail systems; review automation results and log or follow up on defects.
  • Test integrations between POS systems and retail planning tools, including demand forecasting, open-to-buy, and financial planning.
  • Validate data flows between POS and planning modules, including sales actuals, inventory positions, and sell-through reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Planning team to validate KPI calculations and reporting metrics at the POS level.
  • Validate allocation logic and rules engines in POS-connected systems to ensure correct inventory distribution across stores.
  • Test automated replenishment triggers based on POS sales data and stock-threshold parameters.
  • Identify, isolate, regress, and communicate bugs; log defects in a detailed, understandable, and reproducible manner and track assigned defects through closure.
  • Generate and publish daily defect reports from the Test/Defect Management Tool.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participate in Scrum meetings, and provide QA estimates for Story Points during planning.
  • Publish daily status reports or help update existing reports.
  • Ensure required regression and daily testing activities for the Retail POS team are completed on time.
  • Track testing metrics, including test coverage, defect densities, and open defect counts.
