This role involves operating central HVAC and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures. The position requires efficient and accurate repair and maintenance of various equipment including food production and kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems, boilers and plumbing systems, and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems. A key responsibility is troubleshooting and repairing electrical and pneumatic problems quickly and economically, alongside performing ongoing preventive and predictive maintenance.
