About The Position

Responsible for maintaining various equipment and fixtures inside of the entire property low rise areas. This role involves reporting all equipment and fixture errors to Management and performing other duties as assigned by area and Management. The Engineer will also assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in one or more of the following areas: installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of various types of electrical and lighting systems; beverage systems; plumbing systems and basic carpentry skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a 4 year accredited apprenticeship program.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to walk long distances and perform work for extended periods on tall ladders and lifts.
• Able to read, understand and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics and sketches.
• Proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools, safety and protective equipment.
• Able to respond immediately to all emergency situations and calls.
• A valid Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
