About The Position
The Electrical Engineer researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. The role also designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. This position is with Newport News Shipbuilding, which designs, builds, and refuels U.S. Navy nuclear aircraft carriers and helps provide U.S. Navy nuclear submarines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience, or a master’s degree and 0 years of relevant professional experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
