Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve systemic RDA and Metrology (RAM) area issues affecting throughput, cycle time, and operational risk
• Model capacity and cycle time planning, lead floor scheduling, and line management for the RDA and Metrology (RAM) area
• Drive area performance using clear metrics, risk assessments, and data-informed capital decisions
• Partner with Industrial Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, and Operations to evaluate capacity scenarios and mitigation plans
• Lead safety and quality efforts including audits, good catches, and human QDR follow-up
• Analyze operational data to communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Through strong leadership, optimally collaborate with stakeholders to drive projects, lead strategic meetings and drive capacity management decisions
• Leveraging AI in your daily responsibilities
